What are the possible methods to classify short technical texts (200 words with a lot of measurements i.e., numbers and units). There is no way to use bag of words (BOW) representations because each word may be appear one time or not appear at all.
Digits contain no extractable information. However you could use a "bag of units" approach, by looking at the units of measurements?
