I’m asking if anyone has experienced a similar issue with Google Scholar.

One of my articles, published in January 2023 and indexed in both Web of Science and Google Scholar, used to show a certain number of citations, but some of them have recently disappeared from my Google Scholar profile.

I suspect this may be due to a metadata update in 2024, but I’ve received no response from the Google Scholar support team despite reaching out.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Any advice on how to get in touch with Google Scholar or fix this issue?
