When i searched for column chromatography, there was indicated amount of loading for coulmn diameter. For example 5g for 5mm diameter column.
I wonder what indicated amount means?
Amount of reaction mixture or starting material or product?

That is generally the loading of the crude mixture. The number you mention is just a guideline, since if TLC shows a large Rf difference between the product and impurities, you can use a higher loading. When running TLC for this purpose, keep the Rf of your product between 0.5 and 0.2 as this will give a good estimate of how the column will run.

A 5 mm chromatography column is pretty narrow and agree with Simon that the mass is probably the mass of stationary phase that can be loaded into the column. Also as mentioned by Jack the amount you can load would depend on the selectivity between the compound to be collected and the contaminating other compounds. The greater the selectivity, the higher the sample loading can be before there would be co-elution but as a old rule of thumb about 10 mg sample mixture per gram of silica in manually packed columns with limited dead volume. The volume of the applied mixture should not exceed 10% of the packed column length unless one compound is almost completely retained and the flow rate adjusted to allow time for proper interaction.
