CHO cell recordings membrane capacitance rundown?

Hi guys,

I am new to transfected CHO cell recordings and I've noticed that my membrane capacitance has a 50% rundown within 3 min of recording before stabilizing. Cell seem healthy and seal remains good. Do you guys see the same thing?
