you can use Oleic acid (1% ) add to corm or only to 2% agar media

Emmanuel, you could chop the corn or bye corn meal at a grocery store, add water and a detergent (I recommend Tween), boil the mixture on a stirrer for 20 min and filter the liquid part trough a clean dishtowel. Afterwards you add agar to your bottle and autoklave it.

Mohamend, why do you like to add oleic acid? As mentioned before Tween is the better choice.
