I want to do ChIP-seq for mouse tissues sepcially heart so i want to optimize the sonication condition but the issue is i used collagenase to disgest the tissue but it did not work gives starnge result when run on agrose gel can any body tell me is it good to use collaganse or not or if it is then what conc should be used?
