Dear all,
Its quite well known that certain polyclonal antibodies derived against H3K27me3 and H3K36me3 have a certain degree of non-specific recognition of other histone modifications. I have been wondering a while whether abcam RabMABs are indeed that much better than the conventional polyclonal antibodies for specific histone modifications as the supplier says so. Does anybody have experience with these or did a side by side comparison?
Thanks,
Rutger
