Chile has the 30% of the copper production and every year have problems with the copper price, uncertainties! What do you think about it?

Today in Chile the 30% of the copper in the world is produced. More, other countries consumes part of their production...then at leat the 50% of the copper traded in the world is chilean. The OPEP has the 35% of the oil, 11 countries. And oil has a lot of substitutes. There are no substitutes for copper.

For me, Chile is potencially the most richest country in the world. What do you thing about?. 50% of the copper in the world, do you know other country with this potencial?
