Drishti Garg I agree with the answer provided by Adel Amer. I did a similar literature search on the topics "biogenic / biological synthesis of boron nanoparticles" and found no suitable references.I'm not an expert in this, but I know that elemental boron is highly oxophilic. Personally I wonder if boron nanoparticles can exist under biogenic / biological conditions.
