I am looking for a way to produce recombinant antibodies that is capable of adding short peptides to the antibody on the C or N terminal. Does anyone have a favorite system that won't break the bank? Thanks
could you explain a little more? what kind of antibody? conventional IgG, single domain antibodies, scFvs?
If you are looking for an easy, cheap and rapid system to make virtually any type of recombinant antibodies then its plant-based systems. The entry barriers in terms of skill and cost are super low. Here are some recent reviews / papers that you may find interesting.
