I've started working on a Project that involves staining actin filaments with Phalloidin-type dyes.

Currently we're using Phalloidin-Atto 488, however the photobleaching happens quite quickly, which makes the visualisation of the actin filaments using fluorescence microscopy a little frustrating.

We also use Phalloidin-Alexa 488 which shows way slower photobleaching but is quite expensive.

I wanted to ask if anyone has experience with this kind of staining and could recommend a Phalloidin dye that shows slower photobleaching like Alexa 488 but is closer to the price range of Atto 488 :)
