Recently we have published the paper "Quality, remuneration and regulatory framework: some evidence on the European electricity distribution", based on data panel technics.
We have data from many European Distribution systems of regulated revenues, incentives and regulatory model.
I invite you to read it in my research gate If some of you are willing to collaborate to transform this paper to a new one based on a DEA model.

Two times thank you for your quick responses. Regarding the paper you sent me a couple of days ago, I appreciate a lot you included a reference of my paper, but it seems to me that I have a closer paper about the efficiency of the different DSOs in Spain, using DEA, published recently in Energy Policy ( I attach a copy for you).
On the other hand, the paper I shared last week about de impact of the different regulatory frameworks in the Distribution efficiency in Europe, has a very rare set of data, which we have obtained after a tough process of collecting and homogenizing. Will be wonderful if you could transform this data panel in a a DEA approach, and publish a paper together.
