Centroidal Longest Flow path in ArcMap

I am searching for the procedure to calculate the centroidal flow path for the entire basin. I tried this using HEC-Geo HMS, but it is giving me for each sub-basin; I need it for the entire basin for Synthetic Unit Hydrograph calculations. Please help. Thanks in advance. I really appreciate any help you can provide.
