From the perspective of the theory of relativity, any person can be the center of the universe, unfortunately this is wrong, because you need to add a reference system, and without the reference system the center of the universe is where the big explosion occurred. So from the perspective of the reference system which can be any particle of the center is anywhere, and from the perspective of ontogenesis where there was a big explosion.

The Big Bang Theory (such a misleading name for this) does not imply a Universe's center point. Image (this is just one of the speculative alternative theories) that space has always been there, forever (even not meaning or sense to ask ourselves what was before the creation of the Universe). The Big Bang is just a particular event in the history of our Universe, 13.79... or so billion years ago (the age of the Universe nowadays has become an open question again, due to the disagreement between the experimental determination of the value of the Hubble Constant, this is another story). So the Big Bang happened in equal magnitud and at the same instant in all the space that was at the moment. So the Big Bang was not determined by a center, and did not determine one, since Space was already there when the Big Bang happened.
If there are apart regions in our Universe which may be look different than other regions (so far we don't have clear evidence that this is so), it may be because tiny fluctions in energy/matter fields could have occured through the history of the Universe (something like a Butterfly Effect), between a point in time after the Big Bang and today.
