Cell Stimulation antibody plate coating?

Hello, I am planning to coat a plate for cell stimulation using a GL3 antibody at varying concentrations as well as an isotype control. My greatest concentration of GL3 antibody is 5ug/ml with no isotype control. As the GL3 concentration decreases should I increase the concentration of isotype control to account for total antibody concentration? In the end, should all well contain the same total antibody concentration, just at varying concentrations of GL3+isotype?
