This is the picture what I have seen as a contamination. I am confused It was a contamination or just a water condensed. also when I checked in higher magnification I saw nucleus in this thing. (I am not sure I am just a beginner in the research field)

What is shown in the picture, looks like condensate. To be sure, you could use a sterile inoculating loop and remove some of this material, apply it to a glass slide, then stain it w/ a microbiological strain and examine it under high magnification (400- or 1000x) to see if any cells are present. Another option is to use a sterile inoculating loop to transfer some of this material to a tubes containing sterile microbiological media (e.g., nutrient broth, Sabouraud dextrose broth, etc.) and incubate the tubes for 24-48 hrs (~30-35C). If you have live microbial cells in your plate, they will grow in the broth and make it turbid.
