I may need to travel with cDNA samples. Does any one know how long it can be stable out of -20?
Is it better to keep it first in -20 or in 4°C before travel to avoid thawing freezing cycles? And how long it can be stable in both degrees?
Is there facilities or small boxes to keep appropriate temperature while travelling?

It's not recommended to store it at room temperature for a long time and you should avoid freeze thaw. Do you have access to dry ice? When I have to transport samples I get a styrofoam box with a lot of dry ice. I never had any problem.
It depends for how long you will be travelling. cDNA is pretty stable at room temp for few days. Better to store cDNA at -20 before travelling. For long term use, cDNA should be stored at -20 but for short term usage you can store it at 4 for few days. On the safe side, always store it at -20.
I think couple of days at room temp would not effect the quality while traveling. But if you are really concerned then here are few options.
1. You can use dry ice or ice bags in a a small styrofoam box.
2.Lyophilize your sample and room temp will not effect the quality.
3. You can use filter paper to ship.

Do you know from where I have dry ice box designed for eppindorff or PCR tubesand what shipping company that provide this services if it was not available to take with me on board.

Just take dry ice in a Styrofoam box, as has been suggested by Andre. You may have to talk to your local chemical/kit suppliers, as they are best knowledged in terms of acquiring and sending chemicals/kits that are temperature sensitive.

If you are traveling outside your country I recommend you contact a courier otherwise you may have a lot of difficulties when you go through customs.
