I have used and am currently using these tools to predict CD8 T cell epitopes prediction:

1- IEDB at

2- SYFPEITHI at

http://www.syfpeithi.de/

3- ProPred-I at

https://webs.iiitd.edu.in/raghava/propred1/index.html

I suggest to use them all and find the shared epitopes predicted by tow or all three tools using IEDB cluster tool (http://tools.iedb.org/cluster/).
