Hi!

We are struggling to perform something which I had hoped would be quite standard. CD3-staining on mouse spinal cord from EAE mice (should be plenty of T-cells). The tissues were PFA-perfused, sucrose protected and frozen.

Most nice looking stainings that I can find in the literature are done on paraffin-embedded tissue. Our samples are already collected and quite valuable so I would prefer to use it as is.

Anyone with a good protocol that works with this particular setup? Please specify which antibody you are using.

Very thankful for any help.

/Harald
