i work on the enzyme catechol 2,3 dioxygenase and factors affecting the activity

so i make the enzyme assay and measure absorbance ,so how can i calculate the enzyme activity from absorbance.

i need the standard curve for 2-hydroxymuconic semialdehyde as it is the product according to its production the activity is measured .
