Measuring pieces were different pieces of the same sample. Hysteresis width has reduced quite a bit and moments start saturating at higher fields which was not observed at previous measurements. Though the M-T curves reproduced exactly. All measurements parameters remained same. Please suggest.
Sure they can. If you compare loops measured on different specimens (I assume that it is so, as you said: Measuring pieces were different pieces of the same sample.)
Ok Sir..thank you E. Kulakov for your reply..now why they should differ Sir...please explain a little...i mean what are the possible reasons that made this difference..earlier it was not saturating even at maximum field of 9T..now it starts to saturate from 6T onward..
Because two pieces of the same samples are not necessarily the same. Saturation and remanent magnetization depend on the size of the specimen. In other words, on the number of single atomic magnetic moments you have to align along the ambient field. There is also other factors such as distribution of moments of different (micro) coercivities, magnetic interraction within your specimen, etc, that you cannot easily estimate. The best way to test stability of your sample is to remeasure the same one you have measured months ago. If this one will differ significantly, this will most likely suggest chemical changes that affected your sample
Yes definitely any ferro or spin glass like material forms domains and the walls between these domains can be persuaded to move by applying a B field or cooling in such a field .
In addition in a field cooled sample the walls move " spontaneously" over time . Was a big issue in the early days of spin glassses circa1976. Very roughly the magnetisation changes as log( time) .
