What is actually meant by Metamagnetic like transitions?

This metamagnetic like transition is a characteristics of antiferromagntic like ordering present in the system..But what actually does it mean..what happens to the magnetic states..please explain..

Can zero field cooled MH loop measured after some times (few months) for same magnetic sample at same temperature be different?

Measuring pieces were different pieces of the same sample. Hysteresis width has reduced quite a bit and moments start saturating at higher fields which was not observed at previous measurements....
