Dear fellow researcher
I've conducted a synthesis on a solid material and I've obtain the XRD Diffractogram for my sample. I have refine it with fullprof suite and had a good result, but I'm not starting the refinement with the calculated unit cell first. After doing some googling and stumbled upon many forums, Unitcell and CheckCell are both free to use software to calculate unit cell or lattice parameter from our XRD Diffractogram but it's nowhere to found them and download them.
Can you help me out by providing the software download link?
If you has any software suggestions, feel free to let me know about it.

In the your context, you already have refined your XRD data with fullprof program,
could I know what you mean that you know some programs to calculate lattice parameter?
You mean that structure determination, because your sample is different of the mother compound something like doping ?
As you know, the refinement can be done with the phase information, so you mentioned you already did, that's why I am asking now..

Thank you Kim Doyeon , my problem is resolved. As you said, I don't have to calculate the lattice parameter to do the refinement, I only needed the phase information.
