I am about quantitating my RNA with Qubit, but while I have the RNA BR reagent and standards, I can't find the RNA BR buffer. However, I have Qubit dsDNA and ssDNA BR buffers. Please does anybody know if I can use the dsDNA or ssDNA buffer in place of RNA buffer? I don't really know the content of these buffers but I am assuming they are all Tris. Thermo Fisher should try to be telling us the content of these buffers!
