I'm looking for some reliable monoclonal antibodies directed against the main SARS-CoV2 (Covid19) antigens Spike, RBD and Nucleocapsid (nucleoprotein) that work well in ELISA. I'd be particularly grateful for recommendations regarding nucleocapsid antibodies. Any suggestions?

Why it has been difficult to discover effective neutralising monoclonal antibodies and vaccines for SARS-CoV-2 to control the COVID-19 pandemic?
Initially in the COVID-19 pandemic, a wishful thinking was that as SARS-CoV-2 mutates more slowly than influenza virus, a vaccine would likely be effective long-term (1). However, like Influenza virus, SARS-CoV-2 is resulting in new mutations that are making it to adapt to new hosts and spread more rapidly all over the the globe. A recent report (2) indicated that infections in a patient with COVID-19 is also occurring due to simultaneous multiple strains of SARS-CoV-2. We know, that the antibodies as well as vaccine would be strain specific. Therefore, any monoclonal antibody or vaccine would have partial effect on controlling COVID-19 pandemic.
Rather than having individual efforts to develop vaccines by different countries, it is pivotal to share the mutations of SARS-CoV-2 present globally and prepare vaccines effective against all the different strain.
A very good example has been vaccines against influenza. The mutations and the strains of influenza virus are used to prepare a vaccine that is available in September-October every year, and the use of such vaccine in the next year partially protects the people getting influenza infection.
