I tried to search for books or papers to learn more about the designs, software and statistics of network meta-analysis but i didn't get a comprehensive source till now if you can recommend me books for this approach i'll be grateful

I'm not sure what kind of network you would like to exploring, brain network or social network. Yet, the different types of networks have similar analysis methods, such as based on graph theory or topological feature.
Here are some books focused on brain network, which may provide some insights on how to do network meta-analysis: (1) 《Fundamentals of Brain Network Analysis》2016; (2) 《Graph Theory and Complex Networks: An Introduction》2015.

Meta-Analysis with R Paperback – Nov 9 2015
by Guido Schwarzer (Author), James R Carpenter (Author), Gerta Rücker (Author); again, have only seen some portions here, but there are 1-2 chapters on conduct of NMA using R
I found the book by Biondi-Zoccai to be very helpful. A nice overview of all aspects of NMA. But expensive.
