Hi, I would appreciate if you could reccomend a sotware for organizational network analysis. I am thinking of UCINET, but I would like to consider alternatives, too. Softwares which offer training would be a better option. This software will be used to examine the organizational network in migration management in a province.

Wireshark is a great tool for analysing networks' traffic at an almost microscopic level.
Thank you Gabriel. But our project is about the inter-organizational network in migration management. We would like to analyze formal and informal relations (such as trust, information exchange, resource sharing etc.) I think social network analysis softwares may fit better.
I'd also add ORA to the list.
