holocaust literature is the best source to get information about the chaos psychology which works as vicious circle revolving around elements like hatred, death, life, what happens after life. Its possible application in CL can be found in culture and media studies and the multi-layered translations which takes place in rewriting of oneself, recreating a world to find answers. Michel Foucault and Deluze and Guittari have written about these aspects in their works.

You could spread your corpus by adding texts about the rwandan genocide.
Themes are manly the same as those in holocaust literature, but consider that most of the authors come from abroad, from the whole Africa, Europe and America, which could be an advantage from a comparitve point of view. Languages involved are French and English in most of the cases.
