I am not sure, what are you asking about? If you asked about the best laboratory technique for chicken meat analysis locking for aflatoxin quantity, so I think that HPLC technique can help you because it will give you the exact amount inside the meat sample, and  ELIZA technique  is also useful and its cost less. 

But if your question is about a specific laboratory for food analysis, So, its ??

Transfer of aflatoxins from feed into poultry meat is very low or even non detectable. So it seems to me not the right matrix to screen and spend time and money on.
