Hello,

I have used EdU and IHC simultaneously in the past, but only for fluorescent IHC. I am wondering if it is still possible to do with chromogenic IHC and if so, should EdU be done before or after the IHC steps? For context, I will be working with zebrafish brain tissue that was cryosectioned and picked up onto superfrost plus slides before being frozen at -80C.
