Dear @Zohreh Pahnavar, I think you need a compatibilizer rathar than a plasticizer. This later is secondary when phase separation is solved. So, my advise is to search for the best compatibilizer for such a binary blend system, a polymeric compatibilzer is more suited for long term performance. My Regards
