I experienced with multiphase flow simulation over fluent and i would like to deal your problem but it would be easy task for me if could you more precisely explain here what kind of instability you found in your problem or what are the major problem which you are facing during simulation of this.

Sure please feel free to ask your query and i ill send you some tutorials just try it out that ill give you confidence with fluent package. your project topics is amazing and you ill enjoy it working on it, usually two phase flow characteristics have some instabilities and in case of micro channels it play an important role. I suggest you before direct deal with this problem just practice it with tutorials and be familiar with problem formulation and then after you ill start work on your problem. This is the proper way to learn things.
