If your diffusion coefficient values doesn't fall in the range you gave, spectra doesn't show, change range and try. If you are using Topspin for processing change PC to 4 and try. If you give processing details, i will try to figure out the solution. (if eddy current problem is there in acquisition then spectra doesn't come good)
