I need to buy a good antibody against human dysferlin for Western Blot. I found that in a lot of works they used the antibody Hamlet of Novocastra but they don't specify if is Hamlet1 (Hamlet -CE) or Hamlet2 (Hamlet -2CE). Someone can help me?
Did you use these antibody or did you find some other antibodies?
I do not know which antibody they used, but you could send an email to the company producing it and ask them for help. Here in our company, we try our best to track publications that cite our products to see how they are used -- the antibody producing company could do the same.
Additionally, since I work in industry I am fascinated how many customers call or send emails to ask for help or answers to their questions. During my lab time, it would nevere have come to my mind to ask the manufacturer, but I should have done so! Companies (especially the smaller ones) are very interested to help you. Just ask them.
