I am having a problem for the latex external bibliography in the IET journal. The solution found in google does not work. The compiler can not find \bibliographystyle{iet} in the cta-author.cls.

Thanks. I tried that and still did not work. I looks something wrong in the official template from the IET as their template has only bibitems.

I would suggest you to try with \citep{} or \citet{}.

No luck. It actually compiles with an error (not a warning) on the style when it has the file iet.bsp there. I will let you know when I fixed it.

\citet{} when the authors name(s) are to be read as part of the text and you use \citep{} when the entire citation id parenthetical. This problem is about an error of compiling for using bibliography iet style
