Can you add a mask onto a layer stack of bands in ENVI?

Hello,

I would like to apply a cloud mask over my layer stack before I input my data into SPEAR water depth analysis. The SPEAR feature does not allow me to apply a spectral mask before the SPEAR analysis, and my results are skewed because of the clouds in my data set. Therefore, I would like to apply the mask on the full layer stack (7 bands) before inputting my data.
