Can we use the SmileMS software with mass spectra libraries in high resolution mass spectrometers or only in the low resolution instruments?

Ricardo, I think it should be able to work with High Resolution Data in principle - seem to remember that there was an import for AB SCIEX QqToF implemented a while ago. The actual answer will depend though on the make and model of your QqToF, proprietary data formats are usually the biggest hrudle to cross. Have you asked GeneBio directly yet?
