Hi Sivapalan Achchuthan, in my perception you want to check model fit indices for your research. If I am right then you can obtain model fit indices by running path model analysis instead by running SEM. Yes you can run Path Model analysis in AMOS. Whatever the scales you are using, AMOS will give, in output, model fit indices as well regression coefficients. Note: Your data should be in AMOS acceptable form.

Sir, for testing models definitely, we can use SPSS -AMOS . But for testing any model its variables specifications is most important.. First we can run EFA and then we can test CFA and Path Model etc.,
