Can we use skin keratinocyte (HaCaT cell line) to assess cytotoxicity of extract using SRB method?

SRB assay has been used with cancer cell lines to assess anti-cancer activity of extract, but is it correct to apply this SRB assay on skin keratinocyte to assess cytotoxicity?

You can use SRB assay to asses cytotoxicity of an extract on HaCaT cell line.
