Can we simply determine B-H curve of a certain material as we obtained the M-H hysteresis curve from VSM test?
Yes.
B=mu_0 (H+M). This relation is rigorous. The only problem is that in order to get B from M and the H-field you need the H-field internal to the sample which is not necessarily identical to the applied magnetic field. The relation between internal H-field and applied H-field depends on the geometry of the sample. In the special case that the magnetization is homogeneous the relation is H_internal=H_applied-N M where N is the geometry dependent demagnetizing factor. For a thin film with magnetization in the plane N=0 and all is simple. If the magnetization is normal to the film N=1. For a sphere N=1/3. There is an old paper by Osborn that gives you demagnetizing factors for all kinds of ellipsoidal shapes.

Thank you for your explanation. In my case, i just wanted to know the B-H relationship of a material that will be input of magnetostatic finite element simulation. Is it possible for me just simply calculated the B-H curve based on M-H curve? I have tried and the results are seems to be rational compared to another work.

I highly appreciate your response. I calculated BH curve from soft magnetic materials namely Fe3O4 based on MH curve data and I found that the B increased linearly as the increment of the H. I converted all units to A/m (both M and H) and i thought that the results were realistic compared to the other works. I do thank for your sharing. Thank you very much.

The linear increase in B vs. H is an indication that you reached saturation in the magnetization M. If M is constant then indeed B is linear function of H.

The B-H curve is slightly different than M-H curve. B-H curve can be calculated based on M-H curve. B = absolute permeability x (H + M). M and H should be the single unit A/m. Please see the link.

B=μ0(H+M) wil give you B in Tesla.

H is applied field and B is the flux density inside the sample.
In integrator amplifier measurement system, detecting coil measures the flux density inside sampe, bucking coil is used to get magnetization. Therefore once you have M-H you can obtain B-H or vice versa.
