Is it possible to send light, which wavelength is higher than the size of the aperture. if it is passing through the aperture what is the physical reason behind it..?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aperture
The semiconductor industry has found ways to do this using optical proximity correction and phase-shifting masks.
Have a look at this paper and its references.

if there are very narrow aperture like slit,
then just like point source oscillating, light can pass through and spreas widely
yes. It is possible and physical reason behind this phenomenon is explained with 'near field optics' theory.
