I am willing here to mention my observations of IH in different patients. Same pathology showing different manifestations in different patients.
In comparison I will take stroke as an example; same area affected usually shows rather uniform manifestations. Some differences can be called variations. Systemic neurological examination would locacalise the area.
But in IH can be looking like totally different diseases.
Prof. Omer Elsabbagh would you please clarify IH? Sometimes an initial got shared names with few pathologies - it happened before. Just to specify. Thank you, Prof. Omer for contributing. It seems sometimes a threat to overgeneralize or generalize everything... e.g., once an archeological finding was older than used to be found in an area and was rejected on the reason of it is an outlier? Is it justly justified? I do not think so... We need new generation of scientists to reform the limiting science and scientific practice today at AI trending era, so, we will not trapped in another bias for avoiding a bias, too. May be AI will say they can do better too in this regards ;)
