I'm doing electrospinning on the same material but needle is getting blocked everytime maybe due to solidification of polymer inside it. Is there anyway to reuse it or each time we need to use new needle?
Of course you can clean needles by flushing it with e.g. the solvent.
I've seen you've been asking a few questions recently on electrospinning. Check out

There you find answers to many electrospinning problems and questions, you will also find a few ways to prevent the blocking of the needle during spinning.
Yes the needle used in electrospinning can be reused for fabrication of other samples of nfs but it has to go through some washing by distilled water and ethanol to remove the impurities and get it ready for the next fabrication process.
Right after the use, clean the needle with ethanol, don't let the polymer content dry inside the needle because it would stick inside and you will not be able to clean it. this way you can reuse the needle as many times as you like.
Right after the experiment finishes, I use a syringe full of acetone and flush the needle 3-4 times. After that, I place the needle in a 40 ml vial, covered with acetone, and put sonicator for 15-20 mins. Then, I put the needle vacuum oven. If you do not have a vacuum oven, you can dry the needle at room temperature as well. The syringe that I use is made of stainless steel.
Hello, i am producing fibers with SBS, i use the same solvent to clear the needle, but i recommend you store the needle in a container with solvetn at least 24 hours to be ensure that there is no trace of the polymer you use.
