i have been working with identification of compound by MALDITOF-MS. does this machine has the ability to quantify the amount of compound? kindly help me if there is method by which we can quantify the amount of compound using MALDITOF-MS.

It's possible to do quantitation with MALDI-TOF, but it's not the easiest or best, especially with lower-molecular-weight analytes. Here are some references (lots of others on the web):

MALDI TOF TOF mainly used for protein identification based on the ion charge and the protein mass, you may want to use chromatography platform instead
Usually MALDITOF can be used to determine molecular mass, but quantitative determinations are generally made by other techniques. You would need internal standards including compounds of similar molecular weight and structural analogs to do that.
