You can actually, however, there is a high possibility of substantial heterogeneity due to small study effect. Therefore, you can possibly conduct a sensitivity analysis excluding the small studies (defined by you) to estimate if there is any effect on the overall results. That would define the robustness of your study even if you have included large and small sample-sized studies.
