Which mode should be used for potential measurement of ion selective electrode and what should be the current range? As, the impedance of the ion selective electrode is approximately 10-100 Mohm. So, potential measuring instrument should have a minimum impedance of 100 Gohm. Can we perform such high potential measurements using Autolab?
you can check with the help option provided with the electrochemical software interface (NOVA) available in your desktop.

The model number you mentioned in your quires should work up to that limit as the instrument specification says the limit of the Input impedance is > 100 GOhm.
