I am using SCAPS for simulation of Perovskite Solar Cells. I just want to know that can we perform CV and CF analysis in SCAPS or for this analysis we need some different software.
If we are using SCAPS, can we get good results which are worth to publish.
Can anyone please suggest me any paper (simulation based) for the interpretation of these results (CV/CF)...

Yes, you can do I-V, C-V, C-f, and QE(IPCE) analysis for thin semiconductor films based PV devices.

To the best of my knowledge, you could investigate both DC and ac characteristics of thin-film solar cells, perovskite solar cells in SCAPS-1D simulator. It enjoys a lot of simulation options and curve fitting tool, etc.
Please note that in order to achieve CV, CF, Mott–Schottky, impedance spectroscopy characteristics, you should use dark condition rather than light condition. I mean these characteristics are coming from the nature of a built device and not related to light condition. For more information and related literature regarding ac analysis theory and SCAPS simulator please refer to the attached pdf files (related papers).
