Can we mount transient transfected cancer cells expressing GFP fusion protein with prolong glass antifade without fixation & permeable nucleus dye?

To avoid damage to cells and loss of GFP fluorescence intensity or damage of organelles I wanted to avoid fixation with ethanol or 4% formaldehyde. Is it okay to stain cancer cells live with live cell dye like DRAQ5 and mount in prolong glass antifade?
