Well, Kevlar is just the tradename for a particular aramid - there are plenty of others - and so I wonder if your question is specific to Kevlar(TM) or to aramids in general?
Since the glass transition temperature of a polymer is sensitive to the make-up and formation of a polymer, I imagine that there would indeed be the chance to modify the Tg somewhat. I doubt that alloys of any metal would be appropriate, except as contaminant salts - more likely the minute addition of some organic would be the way to go.
Do you synthesize this polymer yourself?
Tg is usually related to the crystal structure or crystallinity of the polymer. By changing the polymer crystallinity in the fiber, you might expect to see the change in Tg, if you are making the fibers yourself.
