We have impedance measurements from an EIS experiment. The data points available are phase and magnitude sampled every 2 minutes. I would like to find the following
1. Imaginary impedance
2. Frequency at which the measurements were taken (not sampling rate), the f in 2*Pi*f.
3. Transfer function of the system
Is it even possible? If yes, how? If no, why? Appreciate any expert comments and guidance with this problem. Thank you in advance.

Yes. All the above-mentioned three can be obtained.
For 1, based on the obtained magnitude (|Z|) and phase (∠Z) of the measured impedance (Z), the imaginary part of the impedance can be calculated as follows: |Z|*sin(∠Z).
For 2, you should check the frequency spectrum of the excitation signal. If it cannot be obtained directly from your impedance measuring instrument, as an alternative you can use a spectrum analyzer to obtain the frequency components (namely you mentioned "frequency at which the measurements were taken").
For 3, the transfer function of the system depends on your definition of the input and output of the system. If you define the system input as its current and the system output as its voltage response, then the transfer function of the system is its impedance, which can be directly obtained from its magnitude and phase.
